Imnanotech Co., Ltd and our R&D lab in 2001 July, we started the first ALN heater Dimple renewable and we have been studying the heaters of the CVD, PVD process until starting in April 2011 We have walked only way and have accumulated know-how and experiences in this field with innovative technologies under the company motto of 'Human and technology”. Currently, we are refurbishing and providing major products of Mca, ALN Heaters and Magnet Assy (AMAT).

ALN (Ceramic) heater

Ceramic heater are widely used in pre-heating of plastic sheets for vacuum forming & thermoforming, drying paints, lacquer & varnish curing, drying printing inks, drying textiles, activating adhesives, removing surface water from objects or moisture removal from fabric and paper, animal husbandry and rearing. The ceramic IR heaters are highly efficient. Ceramic infrared heater offers precise targeting and control with minimal peripheral heat. It is possible to apply heat only where and when it is required.

The Ceramic Heater is perfect for spot heating or zone heating of remote areas, cultivate structures, shops, benefit territories, siphon houses or other difficult to-warm spaces, giving both eco-friendliness of brilliant warmth and establishment adaptability not prescribed for vehicle washes.

This is a Millivolt Standing Pilot radiator and does not require an outside power or power to work, so it's extraordinary for use amid power blackouts. Requires Millivolt indoor regulator for SGM sold independently. May require the next second stage controllers preceding the radiator dependent on gas supply weight. Or if customers ask, we provide new one.

Only defects that cannot be refurbished are defects on the puck, like, cracks and fractures of ceramic parts. There are heat wires inside the ceramic puck and if the puck is broken, it is very probable that heat wires are damaged, which cannot be repaired.
